What We Check Against Your Approved Specifications

The checks for your order depend on the product and the details you approve. For a slicker brush order, we can review the brush itself, the placement of your logo, and how the finished product is packed.

  1. Product & Assembly

Dimensions and materials. Compare the brush head, handle, and materials with the approved specifications.

Pin alignment and handle fit. Review the pin layout, the fit of the head and handle, and the finish around the edges.

  2. Color & Logo

Product color and finish. Compare the handle and brush head with the approved color reference or sample.

Logo placement. Check the size, position, orientation, and appearance of the logo against the approved artwork.

  3. Labels & Packing

Retail packaging. Review the agreed box, hang card, label, or insert.

Carton contents. Check the product mix, quantities per carton, and shipping marks against the packing instructions.

Where agreed, compare selected units with the approved reference while production is underway. For a slicker brush, this can include checking pin alignment and how the handle fits the brush head.
