How to Place a Wholesale Pet Product Order
Start with a product link, reference photo or buying list. We’ll review your selections, quantities and customization requirements, then prepare a quote. Before production, you’ll confirm the product specifications and packaging, and review a sample where applicable.
HOW WE WORK
From your first inquiry to dispatch
Start with a product from our range or share an idea for a custom project. We’ll review your requirements, prepare a quote and confirm the details with you before bulk production.
01 · Share your idea
Send a product link, reference photo or buying list. Include quantities, your destination and any logo or packaging requirements.
02 · Review options and pricing
We’ll review suitable products, customization options, minimum quantities and estimated timing so you can decide what to order.
03 · Approve the details
Confirm the specifications, artwork and packaging. For custom development, we’ll review whether 3D artwork, new tooling or a sample is needed.
04 · Begin bulk production
Once the required approvals are in place, production follows the agreed product and packaging specifications.
05 · Assemble and check
Products are assembled where applicable and checked against the agreed specifications, including finish, logo placement and labeling.
06 · Pack and dispatch
Products are packed to the agreed carton quantities and markings, then prepared for dispatch under the agreed shipping arrangements.
BEFORE BULK PRODUCTION
What to confirm before approving your order
Use your quote and product specifications to check that every item matches what you intend to order. If anything changes after the quote, share the revision so we can review any effect on pricing, minimum quantities or estimated timing.

BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS
Confirm how your order will be packed and shipped
Before dispatch, review how your products will be packed, what should appear on the outer cartons and who will arrange pickup or delivery. Share any receiving requirements with your order details so they can be reviewed before packing.

Yes. Send a photo or link and tell us which details matter most. For a slicker brush, that might be the head shape, pin layout or handle style. We’ll review available models against your reference.
Send the revised quantities by variation before confirming your order. A change in color, quantity, artwork or packaging may affect pricing, minimum quantities or estimated timing.
Yes. Share your logo artwork and packaging requirements with your inquiry. We’ll confirm which sample options are available for the selected product.
List the changes you want and include marked-up photos if they help explain the revision. Confirm the updated specifications and whether you need another sample before approving bulk production.
Tell us during the quote stage if you plan to use your own forwarder. We can then review the pickup arrangements, carton details and any documents your forwarder needs.
